Who we are
Long Time No Surf is a surf coaching school run by Faical and Zino in Tamraght, Morocco. This policy explains what personal data we collect through longtimenosurf.com and how we use it.

What we collect
When you send one of our forms (Contact us, Booking or Customize your Package), we receive the details you enter:
- First and last name, email address and phone number (phone is optional)
- Booking details: preferred date, package, surf level, number of people, number of lessons and extras such as video analysis
- Your message, and the page you sent the form from
We only collect what you choose to send us.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your message, check availability, prepare your coaching and send you the details of your booking. We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are sent to our email inbox (Gmail, by Google) and a copy is stored in our website's database so that no request gets lost. Only we can access them.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to handle your request and any booking that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Third-party services
Our website shows a Google Maps map and loads fonts from Google Fonts. When these load, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us at faicalidhamouali@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
