“This is how life
should feel every day.”

Our Essence, Long Time No Surf

Long Time No Surf is built around presence, connection, and time spent in the ocean surfing, for us, isn’t just about technique, it’s about sharing moments, learning together, and letting the sea shape the experience. Progress comes naturally when you feel comfortable, supported, and connected to the people around you. What stays with you isn’t only better surfing, but the feeling of belonging, shared days in the water, and memories that last long after you leave the beach.

Two Brothers, One Ocean.

We’re Faical and Zino, two brothers, born and raised in Aourir, Morocco, better known as Banana Village. We grew up by the ocean, with surfing becoming part of who we are from an early age.

Faical brings years of experience, local knowledge, and a serious approach to coaching, while Zino brings the youth, energy, and good vibes that keep things fun.

Different ages, different personalities, same love for the ocean.

Long Time No Surf is where our two worlds come together by sharing waves, good energy, and the lifestyle we grew up with.

Our Mindset

Lead with Respect

Everything at Long Time No Sea starts with how we treat people and the ocean.

With Surfers

We keep it real, supportive, and human. Coaching goes beyond instruction — it’s about listening, adapting, and being fully present in and out of the water.

With Each Other

We value balance. Surfing, teaching, resting, and living all matter. A good rhythm creates better energy, and better energy creates better learning.

With the Ocean

The sea gives us everything. We move with awareness, respect the conditions, and stay conscious of how our actions affect the places we surf.

With the Local Way of Life

We stay rooted in our surroundings, supporting local work, sharing knowledge, and moving in harmony with the culture that shaped us.
